Are You Registered to Vote?
Before you can vote, you must be registered. Not sure if you're already registered? No problem! Visit the Montana Secretary of State's My Voter page to verify your registration status. It's a quick and easy way to ensure you're all set to participate in the next election.
Voter Registration in Ravalli County
To register to vote, you can submit or mail a voter registration form to the Ravalli County Election Office located at:

Please remember that to vote, you must:
Be registered as required by law
Be 18 years of age or older at the time of the election
Have been a resident of Montana and of the county in which you plan to vote for at least 30 days prior to the election
Be a U.S. citizen
Note: Individuals serving a sentence in a penal institution for a felony or those adjudicated as of unsound mind are not eligible to vote.
Registration Deadline
You can register at any time up to and including the 30th day before an election. Don't miss this important deadline to ensure your ability to vote in the upcoming elections.
Missed the Deadline? Late Registration Is Available!
If you miss the regular registration deadline, Montana offers a late registration option. Visit the county election office in person for late registration, which closes at noon the day before Election Day. For questions about late registration, please contact the election office at 406-375-6550.
Keeping Your Registration Active
Remember, if you fail to vote in two consecutive general elections, your name will be removed from the voter rolls. Keep your registration active by participating in each election.
